Well, here are the latest projects.
The first is 100% alpaca rovings dyed by yours truely. I bought 5 lbs of the combed rovings and need to do something with them as a gal can only spin so much! I am calling this colorway 'Misty Water Lily'. I dyed a small strip I plan to spin into a sample. Then I will be listing the rovings on Ebay or Etsy. I might try Etsy as I have not done that before:)
And here we have one of the Old Shale stitch socks made with the hand dyed yarn I got from Kat in England! I really like how these turned out. I was hoping I would finally get to wear a pair of my own socks, but some one sent me a funky sock exchange sheet. So, I must sigh and part with these cuties once they are done:( Oh well, I am sure she will enjoy them!

The alapaca roving is gorgeous! I can't wait to see how the sample spins up.
Oh My! Heidi, you were right! I posted the fiber on Etsy and I've already sold 6 ounces of it! Gosh I am so excited!!
I love the fibre! And am really chuffed to see that the socks came out so well, this is the first item I have seen knitted up in my new found passion for hand dying!
Kat, I am so happy you like it! I have had so much fun knitting it up. You need to try dying spinning fibers next...lol
Thanks for the comment! Love your fiber! Where did you get that sheep statue?
I love your avatar of the certa sheep! I got the statue at Lowes last week. They have another one of a sheep laying down that I might get this week:)
