Visitor

We welcome visitors of all kinds! Yesterday morning, we had a lovely little visit perch right next to our deck in the back yard. He was enjoying patches of sun in our back yard when I spied him from the upper deck.

We especially like this kind of visitor as his meals consist of vermin and bugs and we are grateful he graced us with his presence!

I spy a snake.

A snake with lovely markings.

Good Bye Mr. Snake!

I am not so sanguine about snake sightings here in FL as I was in NY. POISONOUS has something to do with it now! This is a pretty one tho!

Understand your worries there. We have cotton-mouths and copper-heads here which are both poisonous, but I still love my garden variety snake:)

Other Fun Facts..................

I taught myself to knit by watching a woman while on a flight from Scotland to the USA in 1996.

I taught myself how to spin yarn Feb 15th, 2007. I think I've done fairly well:)

'Lunabud' is a combination of two dogs' names I was loved by, Buddy and Luna:)
